Our policy on samples is if want our stock products for samples ,you just pay for the freight cost .If you want the special samples according to your requirement ,that we need to know your details to find out the cost .

We use carton packaging first then pallet packaging .

What is your payment terms?
You’ll typically pay an initial deposit. The remainder is due when the items are ready before shipped.
How about the delivery time?
Goods will be sent out within 15-30 business days after payment.

How do you control the quality ?
We will make samples before mass production and test them , After sample approved , we will begin mass production , Doing 100%
inspection during production and then do random inspection before.
When will I receive my order ?
It depends on the shipping method you used, if the package have been shipped, suggest you to track the shipment via below paths:
① If the package shipped via seafreight ,you can check with the agent forwarder
② If the package shipped via express, you can use the tracking number to track on their website
