Zhanlu is a China-based manufacturer and exporter of custom envelopes, paper packaging, and corrugated mailers. Established in 2000, we have grown from a small media packaging supplier into an integrated enterprise covering R&D, production, and sales.
Today, we produce international and domestic standard kraft paper envelopes, cardboard envelopes, courier envelopes, corrugated envelopes & book boxes, as well as speciality paper envelopes, lens pouches, red packets, greeting card envelopes, and paper photo frames — with our customers located in the UK, the US, Spain and Southeast Asia.
With a daily capacity of up to 200,000 pieces and a full range of semi-automatic envelope-making machines, we deliver stable quality, competitive pricing, and on-time service.

Our History: 25+ Years of Focused Expansion
2000 – Started by supplying media packaging to Microsoft-approved software replicators in Xiamen.
2006 – Expanded into custom board envelopes and mailers.
2009 – Added board-backed envelopes and string & washer envelopes.
2013 – Expanded into corrugated envelopes, corrugated book wraps, and gusset envelopes.
2019 – More custom paper mailing bags.
Every expansion was driven by one thing: the pursuit of higher quality and more specialized solutions.
Capability & Capacity
Our company is able to design from concept to final product, with a daily production capacity of up to 1,000,000 pieces.
Our size range covers the smallest pocket size of 60×60mm up to wallet and pocket sizes of 525×460mm.
We work with paper from 100gsm (lightest) to 160gsm, and board from 250gsm to 600gsm (heaviest).
We operate a range of semi-automatic envelope-making machines — from die-cutting to folding and gluing — including hot-melt peel-and-seal and tear strip options.
